About us
The company SARL ANDREAU (hereinafter "AGM Vision"), with a share capital of 8,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 13 Avenue Eugène Le Roy, 24160 Excideuil, is registered with the Trade and Companies Register of PÉRIGUEUX under number 482 459 948. AGM Vision notably offers online sales of LED lighting, automotive care products, mechanical repair services, and the sale of used vehicles.
2. Preamble
AGM Vision invites each user to carefully read these general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter "GTC/GCU"). They apply to all services provided by AGM Vision to its customers and take precedence over any other document in case of contradiction. The GTC/GCU are provided or available upon request; they must be read and accepted before placing any order. In case of modification, the version in effect at the time of the order will prevail.
The data recorded in AGM Vision's computer system constitutes proof of the transactions made with the customer.
3. Definitions
• "Client": any natural or legal person placing an order on the website.
• "Order": any order placed by a user registered on the site, in order to benefit from the services of AGM Vision.
• "CGV/CGU": these present general terms and conditions of sale and online use.
• "Consumer": a natural person buyer not acting in a professional or commercial capacity.
• "Professional": buyer, whether an individual or a legal entity, acting within the scope of their professional activity.
• "Services": all the services offered on the site by AGM Vision.
• "Site": the website www.agmvision.com.
• "AGM Vision": the company SARL ANDREAU described in Article 1.
• "User": any person using the site.
4. Registration
Registration on the site is reserved for legal entities or individuals of legal age who have full legal capacity. It is required to access the online services offered and is free of charge.
When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date from the dedicated area in their account. Each account is personal and associated with strictly confidential credentials (login and password). AGM Vision cannot be held responsible in the event of identity theft. Any suspicion of fraud must be immediately reported to AGM Vision so that appropriate measures can be taken.
A single user may only hold one account. In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions (such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information, etc.), AGM Vision reserves the right to temporarily or permanently delete the accounts in question, resulting in the loss of acquired benefits and services. Furthermore, the offending user is prohibited from re-registering with another email address or through a third party, without prior written authorization from AGM Vision.
5. Service and Price
The services offered are described in detail on the corresponding pages of the website. The price indicated for each service is in euros, including all taxes, and includes any applicable discounts in effect on the day of the order. Any additional fees, when applicable, will appear in the summary before final confirmation.
AGM Vision reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, services will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order. For services whose exact price cannot be determined in advance, a detailed quote will be provided to the customer.
No previously offered discount or reduction can be claimed if it is no longer in effect at the time of the order.
6. Orders
Only a registered user can place an order. Once logged in, the user selects the desired services to add them to their virtual cart. After reviewing the summary, they finalize their order by clicking on "order".
The customer is then asked to provide their address, choose the delivery method, and make payment using a valid payment method. An order is only recorded after acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and validation of the payment. Finalizing the order serves as proof of the sales contract and acceptance of the prices and terms of execution indicated.
An order confirmation is sent by email, summarizing the service and essential information. AGM Vision reserves the right to block the order in case of any issue (payment, incorrect address, etc.) until the dispute is resolved. If it is impossible to provide the service, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and a refund will be issued for the relevant service. The other items in the order remain valid.
Discounts or rebates may be granted to the customer based on the volume of services purchased or the frequency of their orders, according to the conditions defined by AGM Vision.
7. Payment terms and conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are payable in full at the time the order is placed. Depending on the nature or amount, AGM Vision may require a deposit or full payment at the time of ordering.
Payment is made in particular by credit card. In the event of non-payment by the due date indicated on the invoice, the professional client is liable for late payment interest equivalent to the refinancing rate of the European Central Bank plus 10 percentage points, as well as a fixed compensation of 40 euros for recovery costs.
For a consumer client, any late payment will result in the application of the legal interest rate. No compensation may be claimed for any delay in the provision of the service. Penalties are calculated on the remaining amount including tax, from the due date, without the need for any prior formal notice.
In case of non-payment, AGM Vision reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
8. Pay for your order in 3 or 4 installments by credit card from €100 up to €3000 with Oney Bank

9. Performance of services
The services ordered are provided by AGM Vision or its partners. We make every effort to meet the deadlines announced at the time of order, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control or resulting from a fault of the customer.
In the event of a delay, the customer may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided for in articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the Consumer Code, except in cases of force majeure or fault attributable to the customer.
If a physical service cannot be performed (incorrect address, prolonged absence of the client, etc.), any additional travel expenses will remain the responsibility of the client.
10. Complaint
For any service provided, the customer has a period of 8 days from the provision of the service to submit a complaint. This must be sent by email to: contact@agmvision.com, clearly stating the subject of the request and providing all necessary supporting documents.
Any complaint that does not meet these conditions cannot be considered. After review, AGM Vision may, if necessary, replace or refund the relevant service.
11. Warranty
In accordance with articles L211-4 and following of the Consumer Code, products distributed by AGM Vision benefit from the legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery. However, AGM Vision declines all responsibility regarding the installation of the products sold. The assembly, installation, or any technical intervention carried out on our products is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Before any final installation, it is imperative to check the proper functioning of the product by performing a "dry run" (test without installation) and to ensure that everything works correctly on the vehicle. In case of improper installation, failure to follow instructions, or modification of the product (cutting wires, drilling, physical or electronic adaptation, etc.), the warranty cannot be applied under any circumstances. It is the buyer's responsibility to consult a qualified professional if they are not certain they can perform a proper and safe installation.
The legal warranty does not apply, moreover, in the following cases:
- The product has been damaged or used abnormally by the customer.
- The product has undergone modifications not authorized by AGM Vision.
- The product has been used in an inappropriate environment (for example, a humid or outdoor environment, contrary to the technical data sheet).
If the warranty conditions are met, AGM Vision undertakes to repair or exchange the product within 30 days. If this is not possible, a refund will be offered, using the same payment method as was used for the purchase. However, transport and return costs are not covered by the warranty.
12. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of placing the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of exclusion provided for by Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. To do so, they must send their request by email to contact@agmvision.com.
If the withdrawal is validated, all amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days following receipt of the request. However, if the service has already been partially performed by the date of the request, the portion corresponding to the work already completed will be deducted from the refund.
13. Processing of personal data
Registering on the site results in the collection and processing of the user's personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
The user has the right at any time to access, rectify, modify, and oppose the processing of their data by writing to contact@agmvision.com and providing proof of identity. The data collected is necessary for processing orders and improving the website's features.
14. Sharing of collected data
To ensure the proper functioning of the site, AGM Vision may use third-party service providers who may occasionally access user data. These third parties only have access to the information necessary for their specific tasks.
By browsing the site, the user agrees that AGM Vision's business partners may send them offers, unless they object (via the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting AGM Vision directly).
Furthermore, AGM Vision may be required to share information with third parties to comply with the law or to protect its rights and those of its users.
15. Data Protection
AGM Vision implements security measures appropriate to the risks, in accordance with the GDPR. However, since no security method is infallible, AGM Vision cannot guarantee absolute data security.
16. Cookies
To improve navigation and the functioning of the site, AGM Vision may place cookies (files stored on the user's device) in order to remember certain information (searches, login sessions, etc.).
The user can configure their browser at any time to block, limit the duration of, or delete these cookies. However, systematically disabling cookies may affect access to certain services on the site and cannot be considered the responsibility of AGM Vision.
17. Modifications
AGM Vision reserves the right to modify the website, the services offered, these Terms and Conditions, as well as any delivery procedure or any other element constituting the services, at any time.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of the version in force at that time.
In the event of a substantial modification, registered users will be informed by any appropriate means (notification on the website, email, etc.).
Any new order placed after the publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the modified T&Cs/ToS. Previous versions can be provided upon simple request.
18. Limitation of Liability
Some products sold by AGM Vision are not approved for use on public roads. They are intended for competition, rally, or recreational use on private property. It is the customer's responsibility to check the laws in their country and comply with regulations regarding lighting and approval.
Similarly, the use of these products may void certain manufacturer warranties or insurance contracts. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their insurer or the manufacturer and, if necessary, make the required declarations.
AGM Vision cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage related to improper use, incorrect installation, or violation of local regulations.
19. Intellectual Property
The AGM Vision brand, its logo, its graphic charter, and all content (texts, technical descriptions, photographs, etc.) on the site are the exclusive property of SARL ANDREAU and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use, even partial, without written authorization from AGM Vision, exposes the offender to civil and criminal prosecution.
20. Jurisdiction Clause
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts. The customer is informed that they may resort to conventional mediation (Consumer Mediation Commission, etc.) or any other alternative dispute resolution method in the event of a dispute.
21. Pre-contractual Information
Before placing any order, the customer acknowledges having received, in a clear and understandable manner, these Terms and Conditions (CGV/CGU) and all the information required by articles L111-1 to L111-7 of the French Consumer Code (essential characteristics of the services, prices, date or delivery time, identity of the seller, legal and contractual guarantees, mediation, right of withdrawal, etc.). Confirming an order on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (CGV/CGU).
