Vitalize is used on a surface that is cool to the touch and sheltered from direct sunlight. The procedure differs slightly depending on whether you use it right after a wash or between washes, for a quick refresh.

After a complete wash

Wash and dry the vehicle, then check that the bodywork is cool to the touch.
Spray the product onto a section of about half a panel.
Wipe in a single direction with a clean, dry microfiber.
Flip the microfiber to a dry side and buff to remove streaks.
Move on to the next section and repeat until the finish is complete.

Between washes

Identify the dust, fingerprints, bird droppings, or water spots to be treated.
Lightly spray the product onto the area concerned.
Gently remove the dirt with a clean Chemical Guys polishing microfiber.
Buff with a dry side to reveal the shine.

Precautions

Never apply in direct sunlight: in high heat, spray the product onto the microfiber rather than onto the bodywork.
Always use a clean microfiber to limit the risk of micro-scratches.
On very dirty bodywork, first carry out a classic wash: Vitalize is not a shampoo.
