The official instructions for FullCarX can be summed up in three gestures and rely on a deliberately short dwell time. The product is applied to bodywork that is still dirty, right at the very start of the wash and before shampooing. It must never dry on the surface, which means treating one area at a time.
On the bodywork and bumpers
- Spray the product generously directly onto the insects stuck to the bodywork.
- Leave to act for one minute at most, the time it takes for the cleaner to dissolve the embedded insects.
- Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
- Follow up with shampoo washing, then drying.
On the windshield
- Spray onto the area loaded with residue, with the wipers raised.
- Observe the same dwell time: one minute at most.
- Rinse with plenty of water before lowering the wipers, to avoid dragging hardened debris across the glass.
On plastic parts
- Spray onto the grille openings, mirrors and spoilers, where insects accumulate.
- Do not exceed one minute of contact, then rinse under pressure, without rubbing.
- Check visually and repeat the application if residue remains, rather than insisting mechanically.
Precautions and good to know
A thorough rinse leaves no marks. If a residual mark remains anyway, FullCarX indicates that it can be removed with a medium-cut polish.
