Kiwi Foam is FullCarX’s green pre-wash shampoo, a kiwi-scented concentrate designed to loosen dirt from the bodywork before any contact with the wash mitt. It is aimed at motorists as well as detailers who want to limit micro-scratches by removing as much dust and road film as possible from the very first step of the wash.
What Kiwi Foam foam does
Applied to a wet bodywork, the formula generates an abundant green foam that stays in place long enough for the surfactants to coat abrasive particles. The dirt is thus encapsulated, then flushed away during rinsing, without mechanical rubbing and without running the mitt over paint that is still loaded with grit.

Why do a pre-wash
Most of the visible circular scratches on bodywork appear during washing, when the mitt drags hard particles over the clear coat. Foam pre-washing is precisely used to remove this layer of contaminants before contact. On a very dirty vehicle, after winter or returning from a worksite, this step clearly changes the final result and reduces subsequent polishing work.
Which vehicles to use it on
Kiwi Foam is used on the bodywork of cars, vans, motorhomes and motorcycles. It rinses off easily and pairs with the rest of the FullCarX range, from the Wheel Cleaner wheel cleaner for the wheels to the Wash and Wax shampoo for the main wash. The kiwi fragrance, very present when opening the bottle, sets this reference apart from the brand’s other colored foams.
Instructions for use of the Kiwi Foam FullCarX pre-wash foam
Kiwi Foam is a concentrate: it is never applied neat. The dosage changes depending on whether you work with a bucket or with a foam device, and the result depends mainly on respecting the dwell time and rinsing.
With a foam cannon or a sprayer
- First rinse the vehicle with clean water to remove surface dust.
- Pour 100 to 150 ml of Kiwi Foam into the tank, then top up with 0.5 liter of water.
- Apply the foam from bottom to top to cover the entire bodywork evenly.
- Leave to act for a few minutes, without letting the product dry.
- Rinse thoroughly with water, from top to bottom, before moving on to washing with a mitt.
Manual bucket wash
- Dilute 2 to 3 capfuls of product in 5 liters of water.
- Apply the solution to the previously rinsed bodywork.
- Let it act briefly, then rinse with clean water.
Precautions and good to know
- Work in the shade, on cool bodywork: a product that dries leaves marks and rinses poorly.
- Always rinse from top to bottom and do not wait for the foam to disappear on its own.
- Keep the bottle closed, protected from frost and out of reach of children.
- The manufacturer does not provide a pH value for this reference: if in doubt about a matte finish, a wrap, or a recent ceramic coating, test on a small area.
