The FullCarX XL drying towel is a large-format microfiber designed for the drying step, right after washing and rinsing the vehicle. It absorbs the water that remains on the bodywork and windows, then leaves a dry, even surface without multiplying passes. Why drying determines the final result
Water left in droplets evaporates and deposits the minerals it contains: these are the white marks found on the clear coat and on the windows. Immediate and complete drying prevents this deposit, especially on dark shades where the slightest mark shows. It is also the step where a bodywork gets scratched the most, by rubbing with an unsuitable textile that retains particles.

Instructions for use of the XL FullCarX drying towel
A drying towel delivers its full performance on a clean, rinsed bodywork, and provided it itself stays clean. Here is the procedure to follow depending on the situations.
Drying after a full wash
- Rinse the vehicle thoroughly to remove any shampoo residue.
- Unfold the towel and lay it flat on the hood or on the roof.
- Slide it gently over the surface, without pressing, keeping a regular direction of movement.
- Go over the areas that are still damp with a dry part of the textile.
- Finish with the pillars, the door sills, the mirrors, and the rocker panels.
Drying the windows
- Use a clean, dry area of the towel, or a microfiber reserved for windows.
- Wipe in a continuous motion, from top to bottom, to avoid visible touch-ups in backlight.
Towel care
- Rinse it with clean water after each use to remove trapped particles.
- Machine-wash it between 30 and 60 °C, separately from lint-shedding laundry.
- Use neither fabric softener, nor bleach, nor starch: these products clog the fibers and remove their absorbent power.
Precautions
- Never use it on unrinsed bodywork: sand and dust become abrasive.
- If it falls on the ground, set it aside and wash it before reusing it.
- Reserve it for drying the bodywork and do not mix it with the microfibers used for the wheels or plastics.
