Installation accessories for automotive LED bulbs

High-power LED bulbs have a larger heat sink or rear fan than an original halogen bulb.

Some headlights therefore no longer allow the original cover to be refitted.

Our deep sealing covers allow:

• to properly close the headlight
• to prevent moisture and fogging
• to maintain the manufacturer’s sealing
• to install ventilated LEDs in a housing that is too short

LED mounting adapters (H7, H1, H4…)

On many modern vehicles, the bulb is not held by a clip, but directly by a specific holder integrated into the headlight.

In this case, the LED bulb cannot lock properly without an adapter.

Our adapters allow:

• to replicate the original mounting
• to perfectly center the light beam
• to prevent vibrations
• to ensure a clean beam cutoff

Essential in particular on many Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Renault, Peugeot models…

Connectors and repair plugs

Over time or with heat, bulb connectors can melt or become brittle.

Poor contact can cause:

• LED flickering
• bulb fault on the dashboard
• intermittent shutdown
• heating of the wiring harness

We offer H7, H4, H11, HB3, HB4 replacement plugs… as well as specific original manufacturer connectors, allowing a clean repair without modifying the wiring harness.

Clips and retaining springs

When replacing a bulb, it frequently happens that the metal retaining spring is lost or deformed.

Without it, the bulb does not stay in place and the beam becomes dangerous.

Our retaining clips make it possible to restore the original mounting and to properly hold the bulb in the housing.

Relays and flasher units

Some vehicles detect consumption that is too low when switching to LED.

This can cause:

• hyper-flashing
• bulb fault
• malfunction of daytime running lights

LED relays and flasher units make it possible to restore normal operation without errors.

Do I need an adapter to install an LED bulb?

Yes, on many vehicles, the bulb is held by a specific holder. Without an adapter, the LED will not be centered and the lighting will be poor.

Why can’t I close my headlight anymore after LED installation?

The LED heat sink is longer than a halogen bulb. You need to install a deep sealing cover.

Can a melted bulb plug cause an LED fault?

Yes. High contact resistance causes heating, a cut-out, and an error on the dashboard.

The LEDs make my turn signals flash quickly

The vehicle detects consumption that is too low. You need an LED flasher unit or a relay.
