Instructions for use of the leather cleaner Leather Cleaner FullCarX
FullCarX Leather Cleaner is used undiluted, sprayed directly onto the area to be treated. The steps below repeat the manufacturer’s instructions, to be adapted depending on the condition of the upholstery and the material encountered.
Routine cleaning of leather upholstery
- Vacuum the upholstery to remove dust, sand, and debris before any spraying.
- Spray the product directly onto the leather surface to be treated.
- Leave to act for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Rub with a very soft upholstery sponge or a microfiber cloth.
- Remove the excess with a cloth dampened with water in order to pick up the loosened dirt.
- Repeat the operation if necessary on areas that are still marked.
Heavily used areas: steering wheel, armrests, and seat bolsters
- Work in small sections to prevent the product from drying in place.
- Focus on the grain and along the seams with a soft brush, without pressing.
- Wipe immediately, then check the result in the light before starting again.
Precautions
- Carry out a preliminary test on an inconspicuous area.
- Reserve the product for leather: use a textile cleaner for fabrics and a specific product for Alcantara.
- Do not let the product dry on the surface and work out of direct sunlight.
- Ventilate the cabin after cleaning to let the upholstery dry completely.
