Yes, replacement is very simple and requires no special tools. Remove the original bulb by turning it a quarter turn (bayonet base) or by pulling it out (wedge base). Insert the 24V LED in the same direction. For bayonet bases, align the lugs with the slots in the holder. Turn on the lights to check operation. If the LED does not light up, turn it 180° (polarity reversal). If an error message appears on the dashboard, add a 24V anti-error module in parallel. The operation takes less than 5 minutes per bulb.

It depends on the electrical system of your heavy-duty vehicle. If the truck is equipped with a CAN bus or burnt-out bulb detection, the LED’s low power consumption can trigger an error light or rapid flashing.
