Resin remover Resin Remover FullCarX: removes tree resin and glues
The FullCarX Resin Remover is a specific solvent designed to remove tree resin, glues and adhesive residues deposited on a vehicle. It is intended for private individuals as well as detailers who need to treat a bodywork parked under trees or peel off leftover stickers without attacking the clear coat.
What the product removes
- Fresh tree resin and sap deposited on the paint
- Crystallized resin, more difficult to remove once dry
- Glues, adhesives and remnants of stickers or double-sided tape
Compatible surfaces
The solvent is used on painted bodywork, windows, chrome and painted plastics. It is also suitable for rims and metal surfaces. A prior test on an inconspicuous area is still recommended, especially on a single-component paint.
Why a dedicated product
A standard shampoo does not dissolve resin: you need a solvent capable of softening the deposit so you can wipe it off without rubbing. Rubbing dry resin with a microfiber is like dragging a hard particle over the clear coat and may create micro-scratches. The Resin Remover softens the deposit so that it comes off with simple wiping.
Place in a complete decontamination
Resin is one of the contaminants treated before polishing or protection, just like tar and ferrous particles. The Resin Remover acts on the organic part, before using the clay bar, which then removes the remaining embedded contaminants.
Capacity
The 750 ml spray bottle covers several spot treatments on a vehicle. FullCarX also offers the formula in 5 L and 25 L canisters for professional use.
