Polish Phare HEADLIGHT RESTORER CHEMICAL GUYS
Polish that restores headlights damaged by UV rays...
In which case should you use a headlight polish?
Car, truck or motorcycle, the plastic of your headlight lenses suffers from UV rays. Exposed to the sun for too long, it eventually becomes cloudy and dull. To restore it, opt for a headlight polish! We recommend using the Chemical Guys Headlight Restorer. Used for all types of plastic lenses (taillights, turn signals or brake lights), it cleans, polishes and protects, acting like a sunscreen. This headlight polish can be used by hand or with a polisher for a flawless result.
Complementary accessories for headlight polish
In addition to the headlight polish, we offer various detailing accessories to use for greater efficiency when renovating your lenses:
Polisher
Using a polisher guarantees an optimal headlight polish result. Designed to polish difficult shapes or perform spot repairs, it offers quick, effortless results.
Foam pad
You will find several models of foam pads in our shop. These discs of different materials and sizes are applied directly to the polisher and hold the headlight polish. Also called pad, sponge or polishing disc, they are in direct contact with the vehicle's bodywork.
Lubricant
Applying lubricant to your work area prevents the foam pad from overheating. Without this lubrication, the headlight polish could dry out in the pad, which would result in an uneven and unsatisfactory finish. The lubricant moistens the polishing discs and ensures clean and even headlight lenses.
The advantages of headlight polish
The headlight polish restores your headlights' original transparency and shine by removing the hazy film present on the lenses. Very quick to apply, it allows you to restore your headlight lenses without having to replace them. A real time and money saver!
Using a headlight polish is also a way to meet the requirements of the Highway Code and technical inspection, which require drivers to ensure the visibility of their vehicle.
