LED signage and beacons for professional vehicles

LED signaling includes all lighting intended to make a vehicle visible and to signal its presence or a danger. This includes beacons, flash penetration lights, clearance lights and light bars. LED technology offers instant switch-on, reduced consumption and a service life of more than 30 000 hours, making it the preferred choice of professionals. At AGM Vision, all our equipment is compatible with 12V and 24V.

Approval depends on the type of light and its use. Clearance lights bearing the E-mark marking are approved for road traffic on trucks and trailers. Beacons and flash lights are generally reserved for priority vehicles, emergency response, breakdown assistance or worksite vehicles, depending on the regulations in force. It is recommended to check local legislation before any installation on public roads.

The LED beacon emits a rotating or flashing light, visible at 360°, ideal for signaling a vehicle that is stopped or moving slowly. The hideaway light is a compact flashing light that integrates into the grille, bumper, or bodywork, for discreet but ultra-visible signaling. The LED beacon light bar combines several light modules on a bar mounted on the roof, offering maximum visibility for emergency vehicles and exceptional convoys.

The choice depends on several criteria: the power supply voltage (12V for light vehicles, 24V for heavy goods vehicles), the desired mounting type (magnetic, screw, suction cup, grille clamp), the IP rating for resistance to water and dust (IP65 to IP67) and the lighting color (orange for standard signaling, blue for law enforcement, multifunction white). Also check the number of available flashing modes in order to adapt the signaling to each situation.

Installation varies depending on the model. Magnetic-base beacons are simply placed on the roof and plugged into the cigarette lighter or directly into the battery. Grille lights are mounted in the grille or bumper with the supplied brackets. Marker lights are screwed onto the chassis or the trailer. LED traffic lights offer an intense luminous flux and instant activation, which makes them perfectly visible in daylight, including in high-brightness conditions. At night, the LED maintains visibility at several hundred meters without dazzling. Flash and strobe modes further increase the visual impact to attract attention quickly, whatever the environment.
