All our PS19W LED Bulbs

The PS19W is a wedge bulb format (without a bayonet base) used for daytime running lights (DRL) and fog lights on certain vehicles, notably VW, Audi and Skoda models. The white PS19W F12 LED bulb provides powerful white LED lighting, as a direct replacement.

The two bases look alike, but the PS19W consumes 19 watts and the PS24W 24 watts in the halogen version. They are used on different vehicles for similar functions (DRL, fog light). Our F12 bulb is compatible with both formats.

The PS19W is mainly fitted on the daytime running lights of vehicles from the Volkswagen Group (VW Golf, Polo, Tiguan, Audi, Skoda) as well as on a few Citroën and Peugeot models. Check the service booklet or the original bulb to confirm the base type.

Yes, the replacement is direct: remove the halogen bulb and insert the PS19W LED in its place. No connector modification is necessary. On vehicles with CANbus, an anti-error module may be necessary if a warning message appears on the dashboard.

Yes, we offer the PS19W F12 orange LED bulb for turn signal functions where the orange tint is required. The white version is suitable for daytime running lights and fog lights.

On most recent vehicles equipped with CANbus, an anti-error module may be necessary, because the LED consumes much less than the original halogen. If an indicator light or an error message appears after installation, add a suitable CANbus module to remove the alert.
