General Return Conditions
🕒 Return period
You have
days from the date of receipt
from your order to return a product. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to process a refund or an exchange.
However, the
product warranty
may apply according to the specific conditions of each item.

from your customer account.
✅ Eligibility conditions
For a free return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be not damaged and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions, manuals, and labels.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are covered by AGM Vision only in case of an error on our part (non-compliant product, defective, etc.).
🔁 Return of items under €20
Items from a
value less than €20
can be returned, but
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The processing cost often exceeds the value of these products, which allows us to maintain
competitive prices
and a
quality service.
💸 Possible return fees
- Returns related to a change of mind, a selection error, or non-use will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will remain at your expense.
- Important: Any package returned without having completed the return form via your customer account will be refused and sent back to you.

📦 How to make a return?
Report your return
- Go to your customer area, section: My returns
- Click on Create a return then select the relevant order.
⚠️ Only orders from less than days are eligible for return.
2. Fill out the return form
- Select the items to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return using the dropdown menu, and provide details if necessary in the "Problem Description" field.
- Choose your preferred refund method.
- The refund is processed within 15 days maximum from the receipt of the package, via the same payment method used when placing the order.
- Once the form is submitted, you will receive a summary of your request, and our customer service will be notified.
- Your return slip PDF will then be available for download in your order details.
3. Prepare your return package
- Use a standardized box or reuse the original packaging.
- Place the items back in their original packaging with protection.
- Slip the return form inside the package.
- Carefully close the package.
- Stick the prepaid return label on a visible side.
- Drop off the package at a partner relay point.

⏱️ Processing times
- The processing of your return takes 5 to 7 business days after receiving the package at our premises.
- Only products returned complete, in their original condition and packaging, will be accepted.
- Products that are damaged or have defective packaging will be refused, except in the case of a proven defect.
