This H1 Supreme anti-error module adopts one of the most effective anti-flicker systems for LED bulbs, with a reduction in startup and driving flashes from 80% to 100%. In its extreme version, the supreme module acts as a high-power relay. This function allows a notable improvement in electrical connections, especially against overheating problems as well as all cuts, drops or surges in voltage, not to mention optimal insulation against all electrical interference.
An ultra-safe first choice module, particularly recommended for all trucks, from very high-end (such as Mercedes) to all vehicles equipped with multiplexing or a complex onboard electronic system. Installation method No. 1: mounting the box without electrical wiring
With this installation mode, the H1 Truck Supreme anti-error module will behave like a classic anti-error box. It will reduce flashes and light flickering thanks to 2 capacitors and will add +/-5 watts of electrical consumption thanks to an efficient resistor system for OBD error suppression. It will thus have the same advantages as its little brother, the Ultra module, which only exists in 12 volts. You can start with this installation mode n°1 if you do not want to spend too much time on assembly; it is sufficient in most cases.
However, note: the resistance emitted by the Supreme H1 module may be slightly too low, which may lead to a persistent OBD error.
In this case, two solutions are available to you:
- Add an additional module, for example a Can-PRO 24V H1 module. Connect it in series in addition to your Truck Supreme module. With this method, you will significantly increase your chances of removing your fault indicator.
- Use connection mode n°2.
Installation mode No.2: assembly with electrical harness on battery
With mode 2, the Truck Supreme H1 anti-error module will be in extreme version. You will benefit from all the features and advantages offered by this unit, including the activation of the intelligent automatic power adaptation system. This system avoids 96% of OBD error lights and allows the power to be maintained between 50 watts and 55 watts in real time, which corresponds to the exact consumption of your original bulb.
To support your truck's LED bulbs, the Supreme module has a wide power range from 5 to 75 watts. This allows optimal adaptation, no matter the power of the chosen LED, whether it is very powerful or combined with several Can-bus units. The Supreme module will always regulate at the same power value!
