P80 abrasive disc, the most aggressive in our range, allows for fast sanding to remove the most resistant varnishes from certain German headlight lenses. Please note, this P80 sanding paper removes a lot of material quickly, as it has large, widely spaced aluminum oxide grains for maximum efficiency.

Ideal abrasive paper for headlight restoration thanks to its small 75 mm diameter format, allowing sanding in every nook and cranny of the headlight. This headlight sanding paper is very flexible and also has a scratch backing, which allows it to be installed on all sander supports. It is therefore ideal for restoring your headlight, before the Polymerization step.

Warning, it is very abrasive and therefore not recommended for beginners in sanding. It is important to carefully follow each of the following steps for optimal results.
