INSTALLATION MODE N°1: (Mounting the box only without electrical harnesses)
With mode 1 : the H3 Supreme anti-error module will behave like a classic anti-error unit, comparable to its little brother the H3 Ultra anti-error module (adds +/- 5 Watts), but with slightly more efficiency for suppressing OBD errors. If you do not want to spend too much time on installation, you can start with this installation mode no.1. It is sufficient in most cases.
However, note that with installation mode no.1, the resistance emitted by the Supreme H3 module may be slightly too low, which can cause a persistent OBD error. In this case, two solutions are available to you: add an additional module, for example a Can-PRO H3 module (connected in series) in addition to your Supreme module. With this method, you will significantly increase your chances of clearing your error warning. Another solution: use connection mode no.2.
INSTALLATION MODE No.2: (Assembly with wiring harness on battery)
With mode 2: the Supreme H3 anti-error module will then be in extreme version. You will then benefit from all the features and advantages offered by this unit, including the activation of the intelligent automatic power adaptation system (prevents 96% of OBD error lights). This system maintains the power between 50 watts and 55 watts in real time, corresponding to the exact consumption of your original bulb. To support LED bulbs, the Supreme module has a wide power range from 5 to 75 watts, allowing optimal adaptation no matter the power of the chosen LED, whether it is very powerful or not, even with several additional Can Bus units. The Supreme module will always regulate to the same power value. (Now, thanks to the Supreme unit, no more hassle looking for the right anti-error module, as this one will always adapt perfectly to your installation.)
The Supreme unit will become your best ally to benefit from unbeatable reliability, allowing you to significantly increase the lifespan of your LEDs while ensuring optimal protection for your onboard electrical system (power unit, power supply…). For this, the Supreme unit has a unique and clever "double stage" operation, consisting of 2 perfectly isolated and distinct electrical circuits: a dedicated power circuit to guarantee you excellent quality electrical supply, stable, without any disturbance or even cuts, drops or surges in voltage, and finally a circuit dedicated only to electronic control handling only signals for OBD error detection.
