AGM Vision Competition: LED H9 THALLIUM
The LED H9 Thallium could be summed up in one word: EXTREME. Its name is related to a highly toxic poison, you will understand why later. The specifications for the LED H9 Thallium bulb had no restrictions concerning the deployment of luminous power. With such guidelines, the use of this kind of LED is not for everyone: the brightness is such that precision is obviously more difficult to master, which is purely logical.
We recommend this LED mainly for low beams, but only if the headlight optics are lens-type. It must not be used on reflector headlights because its power is too high. However, it is ideal for high beams, where it can show its full potential, whether with reflector or lens headlights.
The LED H9 Thallium bulb is the most powerful in our entire range with 85 watts and 16 000 raw Lumens per bulb that is 170 Watts and 32 000 raw Lumens for 2 bulbs. Comparison LED H9 approved vs LED H9 Thallium
As you can see in the attached photo, the difference between a Homologated LED and a competition LED is more than obvious. We decided to carry out this test to show you how important the contrast is between these two worlds. This is not intended to say that a Homologated H9 LED bulb does not illuminate well, but only to allow you to visually see the power and the impressive size of the light spectrum of the H9 Thallium LED bulb compared to a homologated H9 LED bulb. Conversely, the latter perfectly respects the shape and size of the original spectrum; only its light intensity is higher than an original halogen bulb, as well as its color being whiter.

The H9 Thallium LED bulb offers a 6000K white light, ultra powerful and incomparable. Compared to a standard LED, such light output was not even imaginable before, without having to use additional LED lighting, such as a light bar or LED strip. This H9 Thallium LED bulb is truly a delight in the countryside or for those who live in mountainous regions. The advantage of the H9 Thallium LED bulb lies mainly in its 85 watt power and the choice of the LED chip (wide hybrid spectrum used to its maximum). The combination of the two allows lighting without shadow zones: every millimeter of asphalt will be covered with light. With such luminous intensity, your field of view will be extra wide but also very far-reaching. Usually, with a classic LED, a trade-off is always observed: the light cannot be distributed everywhere, either far or wide, but not at a very good level in every area. The H9 Thallium LED also proves to be a very good ally for correcting existing lighting defects.
H9 LED Thallium: Arsenal of the Best Technologies
The H9 LED Thallium bulb is truly designed like a race car. Of course, it innovates with the best current technologies as well as the most premium materials, essential for such a level of performance and flawless reliability.
We obviously find the Multi Tube Copper with Liquid Sodium system already known on the Millenium 2, as well as the addition of a high-capacity aluminum radiator, here specially implemented on this LED to multiply heat extraction, not to mention the use of rare and precious minerals such as graphene which, for its part, improves the overall thermoelectric conductivity in an exceptional way.
Despite what one might think, the H9 Thallium LED hardly heats up at all compared to a standard halogen bulb. Also, there is no risk for your connectors or your electrical harness: we are still below manufacturer safety margins.
H9 LED Thallium: New high-performance CAN-Bus
The main advantage of the H9 Thallium LED bulb is its very high power. Usually, an LED is considered low consumption, but when it comes to the H9 Thallium LED, this is not really the case, it's actually quite the opposite, as the consumption is higher than the original. However, this parameter gives it great anti-error capability. Thanks to this, error problems related to low electrical consumption are mostly inhibited. After several tests on vehicles with complex electronics, the H9 Thallium LED appears as one of the LED most suitable for solving "burnt out bulb" error problems, especially on Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda.
LED H9 Thallium: AGM Vision Test Bench
After several months of testing and many updates before its release, the H9 Thallium LED bulb has continuously increased its luminous performance, reaching today its peak around 16 000 raw Lumens per bulb (theoretical Lumens without energy loss). To confirm the achieved performance, we carried out a validation test in real conditions in our internal laboratory using our calibrated IES radio spectrometer sphere. This test allows us to measure the actual Lumens with all constraints, that is to say: thermal, electrical, and mechanical. Nothing to do with raw Lumens which are theoretical calculated Lumens.
