The LED H1 GOLD XP is also high-performing because it was designed like a racing car, tested in real conditions and sanctified by the world's most prestigious race.
AGM Vision had the chance and immense pride to equip the Team "Le Mans 2 roues" and its four Aprilia RSV4 1000 for the 24H Moto 2021 race. The reward was a 17th place overall and a superb 9th position in the Superstock category, even though they were 32nd on the starting grid!
To achieve this result, the AGM Vision team worked: step by step, element by element, selecting materials and technologies, assembly techniques. The LED H1 GOLD XP benefited from all our experience and this pursuit of excellence that you will find throughout the AGM Vision LED range.
The secrets of the H1 GOLD XP: exceptional conductivity
It is equipped with six CSP EZ BRIGHT chips 2739.20 actual lumens (measurement carried out with our AGM-VISION spectroradiometer), designed by the American company CREE and assembled with a unique method. The choice of copper quality was decisive, with a material of impeccable purity combined with superconductors. To link the different elements of the H1 GOLD XP LED, a specific thermal paste is used to further optimize conductivity and cooling.
Concretely, our competition LED announces an incredible conductivity coefficient: 40w(meter/Kelvin), which is 5 times better than a standard LED bulb.
In a track race, rally or off-road, the conditions are changeable, but the quality of the lighting must be unchanging. Our H1 GOLD XP LED bulb has rare power for impeccable lighting quality. To achieve this power, our LED generates a lot of heat. In order to control it, we have installed a state-of-the-art printed circuit board that manages a 40 mm bodybuilt fan in diameter, capable of reaching over 10 000 rpm. Make sure you have enough space to install it! This rapid heat extraction capacity is an absolute requirement for the reliability of our LED.
We are always seeking the miniaturization of components, but for this H1 GOLD XP LED with its diva-like demands, we did not skimp on quality and the necessary level of equipment in order to benefit from maximum reliability and safety.
An easy installation
This is still our trademark. Our LEDs are at the cutting edge of the latest technologies, but they must be easy to install. For this, we have developed a 2nd Gen Can-Bus anti-error unit: it eliminates OBD errors on 90 % of vehicles. An anti-interference filter is included for near-total compatibility with the latest generation vehicles. To allow as many people as possible to benefit from it, we designed it to fit projector headlights.
In yellow for quality and style.
Yellow is the color that provides the best illumination, even in extreme conditions such as rain, fog or snow. In terms of style, yellow fits into the retro spirit of classic cars and gives a racing effect to competition cars.
The H1 GOLD XP LED is exclusively reserved for auto and motorcycle competition, circuit driving or off-road, as well as classic vehicles with original yellow headlights !
Special attention especially for H1 LED models
Before placing any order, please make sure that your original H1 halogen bulb is positioned vertically in your headlight optic, as shown in the attached photo. If yes, perfect: you will have no installation problems and no modifications to make to achieve optimal lighting.
If, on the other hand, you notice that your original halogen bulb is tilted in your headlight housing as shown in the attached photo,
In this case, if you replace it with the H1 LED, it will be blocked in a diagonal position in your headlight housing and, as a result, the lighting power and precision will not be optimal. To fix this positioning problem, you will need to mill your headlight housing using a precision Dremel so that you can rotate the LED to the vertical position.
