- Start with a thorough cleaning of the headlight lens to remove all dirt, debris, grease, and insects. We recommend using a good degreaser or an active foam for bodywork, together with a soft microfiber cloth.
- Protect the areas adjacent to the lens with masking tape for a precise and neat application.
2️⃣ Strategic sanding
- To ensure optimal results, sand the headlight using a series of abrasive papers, gradually moving from the coarsest to the finest grit. Using a sander is recommended for a professional and even finish. Little tip: for cleaning the headlight and sandpaper, we recommend always having a microfiber cloth on hand.
3️⃣ Final application
- Pour a measured amount of the restoration liquid into the supplied cup and let it heat up for about 5 minutes, thus preparing the product for optimal application.
- Carefully apply the liquid over the entire surface of the lens, instantly transforming the headlight into a translucent shine. To ensure complete curing, avoid washing or wetting the headlight for about 5 hours after application.
