The anti-error module H8/H9/H11/H16 Truck Supreme is quite simply one of the best anti-error devices available. This anti-error module H8/H9/H11/H16 Supreme adopts one of the most effective anti-flicker systems for LED bulbs (an initial start-up and driving flash reduction of between 80% and 100%) in its extreme version. The Supreme module acts as a high power relay, which allows for a significant improvement in electrical connections especially against overheating problems as well as any cuts, drops or surges in voltage, not to mention optimal insulation against all electrical interference. An ultra-safe module which will be a first choice and particularly recommended for all very high-end trucks for example MERCEDES, as well as all vehicles equipped with multiplexing or complex onboard electronic systems. TO KNOW: The TRUCK SUPRÊME box has 2 installation modes.
INSTALLATION MODE N°1: (Mounting the box only without electrical harnesses)
With mode 1: the anti-error module H8/H9/H11/H16 Truck Supreme will behave like a more classic anti-error box: it reduces flashes and light flickering thanks to 2 capacitors and will finally add +/-5 watts of electrical consumption thanks to an effective resistor system for suppressing OBD errors. (With this connection mode, the Truck Supreme H8/H9/H11/H16 24 volts will have the same advantages as its little brother, the Ultra module, which only exists in 12 volts.)
You can start with this installation mode no.1 if you do not want to spend too much time on the installation. It is sufficient in the majority of cases.
Note, however, that with installation mode no.1, the resistance emitted by the Supreme module
H8/H9/H11/H16
may be slightly too low, which can lead to a persistent OBD error. In this case, two solutions are available to you:
INSTALLATION MODE No.2: (Assembly with wiring harness on battery)
With mode 2: the Truck Supreme H8/H9/H11/H16 anti-error module will then be in extreme version. You will benefit from all the features and advantages offered by this unit, including the activation of the intelligent automatic power adaptation system (prevents 96% of OBD error lights), a system that keeps the power between 50 watts and 55 watts in real time, matching the exact consumption of your original bulb. To support LED bulbs, the Supreme module has a wide power range from 5 to 75 watts, allowing optimal adaptation no matter the chosen LED power, whether it is very powerful, not at all, or even with several added Can Bus units. The Supreme module will always regulate to the same power value. (Now, thanks to the Supreme unit, no more hassle searching for the right anti-error module as this one will always adapt perfectly to your installation.)
The Supreme unit will become your best ally to enjoy unbeatable reliability, significantly increasing the lifespan of your LEDs, while ensuring optimal protection of your onboard electrical system (electrical center, power supply…). For this, the Supreme unit has an innovative and clever "dual-stage" operation, consisting of 2 perfectly isolated and distinct electrical circuits: a dedicated power circuit to guarantee you excellent quality, stable electrical supply, without any disturbance or even cuts, drops or surges in voltage; and finally a circuit dedicated only to electronic control, handling only signals for OBD error detection.
