The LP1 is a top-choice H8 LED bulb if you want a simple Plug & Play installation. Indeed, replacing this LED bulb will be done exactly as if you were changing a classic halogen bulb, with the same installation procedure, without modification or any other difficulty. This is made possible thanks to a miniaturized design of its components and the use of passive-type cooling. In addition, this LED has no polarity: you will thus be able to connect it to your vehicle with the greatest simplicity, without worrying about the + and - direction of the electrical connections. The LP1 is a H8 LED bulb of first choice if you want a 100% Plug & Play simple installation. Indeed, replacing this LED bulb is done exactly as if you were changing a classic (halogen) bulb with the same installation procedure, without any modifications or other difficulties related to it, in particular thanks to a miniaturized design of its components and the use of a passive cooling system. Moreover, this LED has no polarity: you can therefore connect it to your vehicle with the utmost simplicity, without worrying about the + or - direction of the electrical connections. Optimized performance and precision
The H8 LP1 LED bulb has dimensions similar to a classic halogen bulb, a huge advantage for installation, but which requires limiting the power due to the absence of an optimized cooling system, such as you would find with a more classic LED equipped with fans, copper braids, or additional aluminum fins to increase heat extraction.
Limited power because of its lack of cooling, but it will prove to be surprising when used as front fog lights or cornering lights, a real gain in visibility and a very precise light beam perfectly respecting the original spectrum, unlike many LEDs of this type sold on the internet.
To succeed in this technical challenge, the H8 LP1 LED bulb is equipped with SEOUL CSP Y22 LED chips high-end specially chosen for their precision, efficiency and especially for their heat resistance, which allows the H8 LP1 LED bulb to reach 1680 raw lumens (per bulb), an absolute record power for a LED bulb with so little cooling.
Please note: given its limited power, we do not recommend this LED for use as low beam or high beam headlights.
